【经典英文绘本系列11《There Was an Old Lady Series 老太太系列》】

有一首流传已久的英文儿歌《I know an old lady who swallowed a fly 我认识个老太太，吞了一只大苍蝇》是用来教导学前儿童根据韵律学习单词的代表性歌曲，无论是歌唱还是朗读都是朗朗上口，因此受到了大众的普遍欢迎。
有些读者可能不认识儿歌中的这位老太太，而在北美地区，这个大胃口的老太太可称得上家喻户晓，直到今天，任何一位学前到二年级的孩子们都能说得上几句她的事迹。
